IBPS PO Exam will be conducted online. The Candidates are given a total time of 1 hour. It consists of 3 sections with a total of 100 questions with each question carry 1 mark. Also, there is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

IBPS PO Mains Exam Pattern 2023
- In the mains exam, A descriptive test will be given in which an essay & letter has to be written. It is of 25 marks and has to be completed in 30 minutes.
- There is no separate paper for Computer Applications.
- Reasoning and Computer Aptitude section which is of 60 marks contains 45 questions.
- Like the prelims exam, there is also a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
- The Total exam time has been changed from 140 mins to 180 mins and 30 minutes extra for the descriptive test.
- Reasoning ability & Computer Aptitude, English language, and Data analysis & interpretation are included in Section A and Section B. All the questions in both these sections are compulsory.
