Crystal Smart Solutions Interview Experience for SDE FTE

Crystal Smart Solutions is a PBX Company which has it’s office(Factory) in Mundka Industrial Area with a very small team in the software department. It was an on-campus opportunity. The role was a C#, .Net Developer role for Backend and AngularJS developer for Front-End.

First of all, there was a pen-and-paper test with a few Multiple choice questions on OOPS, DBMS, SQL, C#, JavaScript, and Angular JS. In the same test, we have to write solutions for 2 Coding problems (Yes, we were supposed to write them on paper).

Both questions were very easy,

• One was to write any code to implement the Nested Switch case.
• Second was a simple String-based question.

After some time, an evaluation was done, and out of some 60 people, 12 were shortlisted for the interview.

Only 1 round of interviews was conducted which had only a technical discussion round.

Questions were on DBMS, OOPS, C# basics, and a discussion of the code you have written in the previous round, along with a discussion on the projects.

After the interviews, results were announced and out of 12, 3 were selected.
