As I mentioned that I was proficient in Java, the interviewers focused their questions on Java programming concepts.

The technical interview covered a wide range of topics, including object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction. I was also asked questions related to database management systems (DBMS), data structures, algorithms, and system design. The interviewers also posed coding challenges and asked me to write code for a few programming problems to assess my coding skills and problem-solving abilities. Round 3: Managerial Interview
Once I cleared the technical interview, I was called for the managerial interview. The managerial interview aimed to assess my leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and overall suitability for the role of software engineer at TCS. The interviewer asked me about my previous work experience in detail, my role in the projects I had worked on, and how I had contributed to the success of those projects. I was also asked about my approach to handling challenging situations, my ability to work in a team and my problem-solving skills. I shared examples from my past experiences and tried to highlight my strengths as a team player and a problem solver. The interviewer also asked me situational and behavioral questions to understand my thought process and approach to various scenarios. I provided honest and thoughtful responses, and the interview went well.

Round 4: HR Interview
The final round was the HR interview, which focused on evaluating my communication skills, personality, and cultural fit with TCS. The HR interviewer asked me about my career aspirations, my expectations from TCS, and my willingness to relocate or work in different time zones if required. We also discussed the company’s values, policies, and work culture. The interviewer was keen to know my thoughts on how I could contribute to TCS as a software engineer and how I aligned with the company’s vision and mission. I expressed my genuine interest in working with TCS and my enthusiasm for contributing to the organization’s success.

After completing all the interview rounds, I was informed that I had successfully cleared all the rounds, and my profile would be considered for an offer from TCS. I was thrilled and eagerly awaited the final offer from TCS to begin my career with such a prestigious company.
