Survey2Connect Interview Experience SDE Fresher

Survey2Connect visited my campus (Tier 3 College) and was offered SDE Role (MERN). All students from CS, IT, and ECE were considered. About 50 got shortlisted for interviews.

1st Interview: Face to face – Technical

We were called one by one. There were 3 panelists. They asked general questions based on your resume followed by some basic DSA questions about Linked List and Trees (just the implementation). About 30 students got shortlisted for further consideration.
2nd Interview: Online – Technical

It was an online interview with a senior member of the team. The interview started with an introduction. The questions were mainly focused on React, Bootstrap, and Frontend. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes. Not sure but I think 10 candidates were shortlisted for further interviews. They wanted people who had some knowledge about MERN Stack.

3rd Interview: Online – Technical

It was much like the 2nd interview with a senior member for 30 minutes. The questions mainly revolved around Node.js, APIs, Event Loop and MongoDB. Some basic DSA questions were asked too (Implementation). 5 People were shortlisted.

4th Interview: Online – With CEO

A very general discussion of about 15 minutes. Basic introduction and stuff about the company. 

Verdict: Selected. The offer letter was provided within a week.
