Morningstar Interview Experience for MDP Associate

Generally Consists of 3 rounds

1. Resume Shortlisting
2. Exam
3. Technical Interview + HR (30-40 mins)

All this process is done within 1 month.

The Exam consists of Aptitude, English, Business, Data Interpretation, Finance related questions. Overall exam difficulty level is easy to medium and the duration is more than 1 hour. If you have qualified for the exam then you will get an invitation mail from Morning Star for a job role introduction.

At the end of the meeting, you will receive a form. fill it Carefully! because this form filling is also a shortlisting round. If you get shortlisted then you will receive an interview mail from the company. Prepare basic finance questions(search top 50 basic finance questions), basic Python, SQL, and somewhat intermediate-level Excel.

At first, You will have a Technical round only if you have performed well then only you will have an HR round(this round is very easy). In the HR round basic Behavioral/Situational questions will be asked(It would be your bad luck if you get rejected in this round).
