  1. Associate Software Role
  2. Packaged App Development

Getting a job at Accenture India involves going through four rounds of interviews. Let’s break down what each round looks like.

Round 1: Aptitude, Analytical and Logical Thinking, English Ability, Pseudocode, Technical MCQs

First up is a test with 90 questions in 90 minutes. These questions cover math, thinking skills, English, and some technical stuff. Practicing regularly is the key here. There’s a tricky part where you have to find mistakes in fake code (pseudocode) and answer technical questions about things like MS Office and the cloud. It can be confusing, so doing practice tests helps a lot.

Round 2: The Coding Challenge

If you make it through the first round, you jump into coding. You get 45 minutes to solve two coding problems. The difficulty can change, so it’s good to know some basic coding stuff. If you do well, you get a message saying you’re ready for the next round.

In my case, the questions I received ranged from a medium to hard difficulty level.

Round 3: Communicative Assessment

Next is a test that checks how you talk and listen using special software. It’s picky, so you need a quiet space and a strong internet connection. You read things, repeat stories, and answer questions. It’s not too hard, but the software is sensitive – it even hears your breath! That makes it a bit tricky.

In my case, communication round was easy

Round 4: Interview Round

This is the last round. After doing well in the Communication Round, I went for the interview. In one of them, the person asked me both technical and HR-type questions.

Accenture Technical Interview Questions:

During the interview, my interviewer shared his experience and the interview started with the classic “Introduce yourself” question. We discussed my internship, including the role and the tech stack I worked with. Mostly, he focused on asking about my internship and stuff from my resume during the interview.

The whole talk lasted around 25 minutes. At the end, they wanted to know if I had any questions. They answered my questions really well.

Tips:

  1. Make sure to prepare your resume thoroughly.
  2. Answer questions directly and avoid unnecessary details. Keep it concise.
  3. Prepare a couple of thoughtful questions to ask them. It shows your genuine interest in the company.
  4. Even if a question catches you off guard, stay calm. A positive attitude goes a long way.
  5. I would recommend you to prepare from geeksforgeeks website

This is how the interview goes at Accenture India. If you pass the interview, in a few weeks, you’ll get a Task mail.

All the best, Guys
