Accenture On-Campus Internship and Job Opportunity

Recently, Accenture came to our college for hiring and they provide internship and job opportunities. I am applying for this Accenture recruitment process.

They were offering 2 profile roles:

  • Associate Software Engineer.
  • Software Engineer/Full Stack Engineer.

This was the Pool Campus Recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Year of Pass Out: 2024
  • Degree Needed: B.Tech
  • CGPA >= 6.0
  • Not more than a 1-year gap

Difficulty Level: Easy

There was a total of 6 Rounds.

Recruitment Process :

Round 1: MCQ Test (90 Questions – 90 min)

  • Cognitive: Reasoning, Verbal ability, Quantitative Aptitude
  • Technical: Pseudo Code and Fundamentals of Cloud and Network security, MS Office and Common applications

For next round we need to qualify for this round.

Round 2: Coding Test

After clearing first round, there was a Coding round, where 2 questions given to be solved in 45 minutes. The first question was draw star patten and the second was based on DP. The questions was different for different people but the difficulty was easy to medium. I have solved both question.

Round 3: Communication Assessment

After 10 days, they send Communication assessment link, which was around 20 minutes.

Round 4: Interview

Last round was interview round. The questions ware asked on projects and HR questions.

Some questions are:

  1. Introduce Yourself
  2. Tell us about your Projects
  3. Explain your project approach.
  4. Explain your Role in the Project
  5. What are the issues you faced while doing the Project?
  6. What is your team member opinion about you ?
  7. Last ,they ask do you have any questions for us?

After a few days, some student got a mail from Accenture for the Associate Software Engineer. I was not selected.
