Accenture Interview Experience for ASE (On-Campus)

Accenture visited our college for their ASE & AASE role.

First, we got an email from the company only for their pre-placement talk in July where they discussed about the company and other info. After this, they sent an email consisting of a registration link that contained all the documents required.

Note: PAN Card is necessary for Accenture.

After 15-20 days from this, we got to know from TnP about our first round i.e. Cognitive round but before this, they had some mock assessments which consisted of just 3 MCQs for knowing the environment with all cameras and mic.

Round 1: Cognitive Round

It consists of 90 MCQs to be done in 90 minutes. It has a total of 6 sections – English, Pseudocode, Reasoning, Cloud, and MS Office-related questions.

After submission of this test, the result is declared in 2-3 minutes and if eligible it will say to proceed for Round 2.

Round 2: Coding Round

This contains 2 questions, and these questions were different for all of us.

• Related to Prefix Sum – can be done using basic understanding.
• Related to finding several pairs with a given sum.

Was able to solve both questions.

After this, got the mail saying congratulations for moving forward in the interview process. After 2-3 days, got the mail for the communication round.

This round checks the communication skills with the help of software. It includes listening and speaking. The software is sensitive, so please keep your surroundings silent, and your internet connection should be strong. In this round, they check your communication skills in some of the following ways:

• You have to read the texts that show up.
• You have to hear the story they tell, and you have to repeat the same within the time limit.
• You have to reply to their questions.

In my case, there was noise detected, so make sure to have good-quality headphones.

Round 3: Interview

This is the last round in the interview process. You will receive a mail to select the slot for the interview, and you will receive a mail for the interview round.

Before your interview, the interviewer might be taking someone else to interview so wait for your turn.

Once the interview started, the interviewer shared his experience with me and asked for my introduction. After I shared my self-introduction, he asked me some questions based on my self-introduction. He asked me about my college as well as about my latest project.

After that, he asked me the coding questions that I solved in the coding round. He told me to explain both questions and asked if I was able to solve both of them. And at last some HR questions and then, he asked me if I had any questions. Overall, the duration was around 25 minutes.

This is the interview process for Accenture India. After the interview, I got confirmation mail that your interview was conducted successfully and now waiting for the results.
