It is an on-campus interview experience. Accenture visited us in October 2022 and conducted Several rounds of Hiring.

First Comes the Online Test:

In Online Test We have 3 Sections

  • Aptitude (English Grammer and some basic Technical Questions all questions are MCQ-based)
  • Technical (All are MCQS and are mostly based on Bit manipulation and Cloud-related questions)
  • Coding round(We can use different languages as per our convenience and there are 2 Coding questions which are easy and easy – medium level questions and duration for this round Is 45min mostly asked on hashing and recursion and does not have any time limit you can solve with any complexity )

Secondly Communication Assessment:

The one who solved the coding questions completely is eligible for the next communications assessment round.

It is a mandatory round to attempt and a Non-Elimination round too. Here Basic grammar questions were asked and you needed to speak with the help of a microphone some stories were taught to you orally and you needed to remember and answer the follow-up questions

Interview Round:

The interview is mostly HR based and few technical questions were asked

In my case, The interviewer asked for my introduction and then he introduced himself and made me a little comfortable. Then he started asking about my Projects. I have done DBMS projects and front-end projects (still in the developing stage) and I have explained my DBMS Project from scratch and explained all the concepts I have learned before making that project.

Some more questions the interviewer asked as stated below:

  • What are your plans?
  • Why do you want to choose your career at Accenture?
  • Do you like to work as a team or individual?
  • What is your weakness and how did you overcome it? (MOST TRICKY QUESTION)
  • What do you know about Accenture?
  • What are the data structures that you are familiar with and what is your favorite algorithm?
  • Finally any questions for me?

In this way, my interview ended and 20 people were shortlisted for interview and only 2 were selected and I am one among them .

My advice is to explain your projects thoroughly so that the interviewer can get a good impression of you.
