Round – 1: Online Test

Note: Online test + coding

The first round will be on Reasoning such as logical reasoning, abstract reasoning, visual reasoning and MS Office questions and fundamentals of cloud and network security mcqs. You can find the syllabus on prepinsta website mcqs and you can prepare from there.
The first round was pretty easy if you prepared well. The questions of reasoning were simple You can answer them easily if prepared.
Eligible for coding assessment and you have to start the test right there.

Coding Assessment:

There will be two questions for this round. One question will be easy and another one may be a little difficult. A person who has a skill in basic coding can clear the test very easily. You have to solve only one question to get into next round .Try to solve both questions thus it may vary your role and it may increase your chance of getting an offer letter. For this role, they majorly focus on these Arrays and Strings and some number-based questions . The time to solve is 45 minutes.

• Rotate the letters in a string

Round – 2: Communication Assessment

After 3 days of clearing the first round, I got mail to write the communication test . It was a non-elimination round but don’t take it very easy you have to perform very well who knows it may affect your offer letter chances. You can find an enormous number of videos on YouTube of that round. Just watch 5-6 videos you can get an idea . It has different sections once you watch the YouTube video you will get an idea and it is very easy to clear that round.

Round – 3: HR Round

After 3 days of waiting, I got the link to the HR round. This round was also simple. He was very friendly so don’t get nervous. They mainly focus on your Self-introduction and mainly on your Project. In my interview, they didn’t ask me resume but they asked me questions based on my self intro. Prepare your project end to end and the type of questions they may ask from your project. Apart from the ROM project prepare some HR questions.

Questions asked in my interview:

• Self Introduction
• What is your project ?
• Why do you choose this technology for your project ?
• What is your least favourite subject and most favourite subject and Why ?
  ( don’t say any CS subjects as least favourite )
• Why do you want to join Accenture ?
• Why should I hire you?
• Feedback on your project?
• Challenges faced in the project and how do you overcome them ?
• How do you solve conflicts in your team while working in project ?
• Extracurricular activities?

The interview lasted up to 25 minutes.

Note:

In my interview no technical questions were asked but some of my friends had been asked basic technical questions so prepare some questions on the language which you said in your self intro.

Tips:

• Prepare self-intro very well
• Project end to end
• Be confident
• Don’t speak negative words
• Do research about organization

I gave my interview on 29th nov and still waiting for the offer letter.
