Accenture is scheduled to visit our campus during the week of August 2023. The recruitment drive welcomes both carrier and non-carrier students, but it’s important to note that students with active backlogs are not permitted to participate. The campus recruitment process consists of four distinct stages.

Aptitude and Reasoning Test:

The initial round, often referred to as the “zero round,” is comprehensive, lasting approximately 1.5 hours. It assesses various skills, including aptitude, reasoning, English language proficiency, non-verbal reasoning, and computer fundamentals.

Coding Round:

The second round is dedicated to coding and lasts for 45 minutes. During this phase, candidates are presented with two coding questions to solve.

Group Discussion (GD):

After successfully clearing the aptitude and coding rounds, shortlisted students receive an invitation for the Group Discussion round. This stage focuses on evaluating verbal communication skills. An AI-based system presents English sentences for pronunciation, and candidates are required to articulate them accurately. Additionally, candidates are asked to read several lines aloud, emphasizing proper pronunciation.

Technical and HR Interview:

The final stage combines both the technical and HR interviews. During this round, the focus is primarily on your projects, and your overall skills, both technical (hard skills) and interpersonal (soft skills). Interestingly, the interviewers do not typically inquire about Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Instead, they pose questions from a basic level, such as strings, arrays, and linked lists. Expect to encounter puzzles and tricky decision-making questions during this round.

Accenture offers two main roles during the campus recruitment drive:

  • Software Development Engineer (SDE)
  • Assistant Software Developer

Accenture recruits a significant number of students directly from our campus. It’s important to note that if you successfully pass the initial “zero round,” the subsequent rounds are generally considered a bit easier to clear. Good luck with your preparations and the upcoming recruitment process!
