I was a BTech student from the Computer Science branch and it was my final year in 2020. I appeared for the on-campus test of Wipro for the role of Software Engineer. The test was organized into 2 stages:

1. Objective test + Coding

The objective test consists of aptitude, English Comprehension, and technical questions comprising 50 Questions in total and an Essay based question. If I mention the difficulty level I would rate it between easy and moderate.

There were 1-2 questions of coding as well and the candidate can code in any of the languages he/she prefers which might be Java, C++, C, JavaScript, etc. A duration of 3 hours was given to complete the test. I am unable to recall the exact questions which were asked but it were based on arrays and strings.

2. Interview

The interview process begins once the results were announced. The interview was divided into 2 rounds:

(a) Technical

In the technical round, I was asked technical questions based on the coding language which I mentioned in my resume. Basic questions were asked such as OOPS Concept, inbuilt functions in C++, etc. and to make it interactive they even asked me current affairs as well, which I really liked.

(b) HR

After this round, an HR round was conducted. I was asked to introduce myself and my future goals and hobbies were discussed.

After that within a few months, the final results were announced and my offer letter was mailed to me.

I hope this experience of mine will help you all while appearing for an interview. I would like to share with you that be interactive and confident during interview. Have faith in you.
