Wipro Interview Experience for Project Engineer FTE

Step 1: Written test(MCQs and coding) on the Superset platform

Basic Computer Science fundamentals questions, Aptitude, reasoning, and one coding question at last. (Easy-moderate level questions)

Step 2: Interview

Date: I don’t remember exactly, but it was September 2021.

• Time: 4:00 p.m.
• Venue: Online, on the Google Meet platform

I joined the meeting at 3:58 p.m. The Interviewer was already waiting.

Interviewer: Hi, am I audible?

Me: Yes sir, you are audible.

Interviewer: Hi Shivam, I am Josh. Tell me something about yourself.

Me: I told him about my educational background, projects, internships, hobby, etc.

Interviewer: Ok. What Programming languages do you know?

Me: I told him that C/C++ and Python are my favored languages and I am also familiar with Java and JavaScript.

Interviewer: What is the difference between Java and JavaScript?

Me: Answered him.

Answer: I can see on your resume that you have mentioned a Workshop by IIT Roorkee. Please explain it to me.

Me: Answer him.

Interviewer: Very well. So Shivam suppose that you are the head of the student council of your institute and there is a flood in the city of your college. How will you manage to save everyone in your college from the flood?

Me: I took some time but, eventually answered him.

Interviewer: Explain your Final year project.

Me: Explained him.

Interviewer: Ok Shivam, It was really nice talking to you. You may leave now.

Me: Ok sir, Thank you for your time. (I was preparing myself to ask a few questions to him, but as he asked me to leave I couldn’t.)

I was confused a bit about the last part, as I didn’t get to ask him anything, apart from that everything went well.
