Wipro Interview Experience for System Engineer

It was such a memorable experience. Am glad that I got an opportunity to share it now.

As per my Experience, the Wipro Recruitment process consists of 3 rounds:

• Written Test
• Technical Interview
• HR round

Before sharing my interview experience, I would like to share a few details about the recruitment process about what I went through :

1. Written Test: I appeared to attempt the “Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt-2022” which was conducted from 21 May- 5 June 2022. I gave my level best and was expecting that I would clear that round. Finally, the cleared candidates started to get emails, saying that they were qualified for the next round of the recruitment process. Three of my friends got an email. And I was pretty confident about my performance and expecting an email. The first phase of the selection process was done. I was left with no clue where I went wrong and then I started to focus on other opportunities.

One fine noon, I just refreshed my email and I suddenly saw a message in my inbox from the NLTH team that I was able to make it to the next round. I was like, Yay! I did it!

I WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I GOT REJECTED BUT HOPEFULLY NOT 🙂

Interview Day: I carried all the mandatory documents to the venue and waited a bit and signed the sheet they provided. After a long waiting, it’s my turn.

2. Technical Round: I was about to enter the cabin, But an interviewer asked me to wait for a while as they are in discussion of something. So, I merely waited for 45 minutes. After that, an interviewer called me to the cabin in which the interview was held, And then I wished him and handed over my resume to him. Let, the name of the interviewer be Sir. The discussion went as follows:

• Sir: Rahul, tell me about yourself.
• Me: Answered.
• Sir: Just tell me the names of the subjects you studied in the second year, the second semester.
• Me: (It was an unexpected question, I stayed calm for a while as it was my first interview and was a bit nervous, and somehow, I answered it successfully.)
• Sir: What do you know about arrays?
• Me: Answered
• Sir: You belonged to the IT department right?
• Me: Yes, Sir.
• Sir: Take a piece of paper and write a program to display the prime numbers in a given range.
• Me: Wrote it.
• (And After 4 to 5 questions)
• Sir: Okay, write your college name, your name, and the resume number in this paper.
• Me: Wrote and was staring at Interviewer’s face with my question mark face for not knowing whether to sit or leave.
• Sir: Okay Rahul, your interview is over. You can leave.
• Me: Thank you, sir!

I was waiting for the result after having my lunch, and I was a bit nervous as well. I merely waited for 2 hours, and I was unable to make it to the next round.
