Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology (TIEIT) Bhopal Admission Experience

Course Name: B.Tech (CSE)

I have completed my B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering) from Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology, Ragiv Gandhi Technical University in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh under the TFW Scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

Rajiv Gandhi Technical University defines the criteria for different courses and programs which every student must fulfill in order to take their application process further.

Entrance Examination: 

You need to appear in JEE(Joint Entrance Exam) Exam which is conducted by NTA(National Testing Agency) .

Application Process:

After completing the 12th board exams and JEE exam, you just need to apply for counseling in order to enroll in your desired course or program.  

Counseling and Seat Allotment:

During counseling, you need to select the colleges along with the courses according to the priority and based on your score in JEE and the priority of colleges filled during counseling, the seat will be allotted to you. If you are satisfied with the allotted seat then you can claim it or you can apply to another round of counseling if you want another college or branch.

Document Verification:

When you want to claim the allotted seat then you need to present your original documents along with their copy in the institution for admission purposes.

Fee Payment and Admission Confirmation: 

60% of the total fees need to be submitted after document verification and this amount varies from college to college once you are done with the fees and document verification you are officially enrolled for that course.

My Experience :

I completed my 12th with PCM in 2019 and appeared for JEE Mains exam and scored 56 percentile in it then I applied for counseling and in counseling I gave priority to government colleges followed by TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) in Private colleges and then private colleges. After the result of Round 1 counseling I received a call from the Oriental Institute of Science and Technology, Bhopal and they informed me that I got a seat for B.Tech in Electronics (Ex) as a TFW candidate where tuition fee will be waived off as per government policy and I need to pay only for the facilities like library and buses. I wanted a CSE branch and switching branches was not possible under TFW so I applied for Round 2 of counseling when round 2 was over, I received a call from the Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology that I got a seat for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering under TFW scheme and for claiming this seat I need to claim this seat in 2 days with original and copy of my documents. So I took admission by submitting a copy of my documents and presenting original documents and paying 60 % of the total fees.
