Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate in 10+2 or its equivalent examination.
  • The candidate should have passed or appeared in the 10+2 examination or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one subject out of Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, Entrepreneurship.

Entrance Examination:

JEE Mains OR 10+2 Boards Examination

Application Form:

The application form is available on its official website or one fill out the form offline by visiting the college admission cell.

Admission Procedure and Counselling:

The merit list will be drawn on the basis of the All India Rank of JEE (Main) examination.

Note: JEE Score/Ranking in any other category or State Category, including General, etc., will not be taken into account for drawing merit.

Counselling Intimation –

Intimation for counseling shall be sent/made available in the following ways:

  • Counseling dates will be displayed on the websites of the Universities.
  • E-mail will be sent to all shortlisted candidates.
  • The merit-wise counseling slots will be communicated to the candidates.

Counseling:

The first round of counseling will be common and conducted at JIIT Noida for admissions to all four universities, i.e., JIIT-Noida, JUIT-Waknaghat, JUET-Guna and JU-Anoopshahr. The subsequent round(s) of counseling will be held in respective universities.

Process of Counselling:

  • The candidates with their Respective merit slots should be in the college on the respective date.
  • Then candidates have to fill in their desired branch choices in the form given to them at the moment by the admission cell. (Note: One should fill their choices with utmost importance as once you got allotted a particular choice you can’t get back to the choice filled below.)
  • Candidates as per the merit list will be allowed to exercise the choice of only one University at the time of Counselling which means that no inter-university transfers shall be allowed after the allocation of seats.
  • Candidates shall be allowed to exercise choice of all programs/branches within the university chosen. Thus, the candidate shall have the option of up-gradation in the programs /branches as per the merit and priority of choices exercised by them but within the same university.
  • After filling in of choices, candidates will be called according to the merit list.
  • Once you are called, then there will be Document Verification (listed below). After Verification, you have to submit a token amount of Rs. 75000/- [Rs. 50,000 as part of the academic fee for the first semester and Rs. 25000 as admission charges (non-refundable)].
  • After getting seated student will be offered a Provisional Admission Letter.
  • If you don’t get your desired branch, then you have the option to get waitlisted so that if the seat gets vacant then candidates will be allotted that seat based on merit list. But to get waitlisted you have to submit the token amount.

Document Required:

  1. Original Character Certificate
  2. Original Transfer/Migration certificate
  3. Marks Sheets and Certificate of High School
  4. Migrant certificate, if applicable
  5. AADHAAR card
  6. Original Medical certificate of fitness from MBBS qualified doctor (on letterhead of the doctor or letterhead of the hospital)
  7. Four copies of passport-size colored photographs.
  8. Anti-Ragging Proforma

Original documents at Serials 1,2,7 to be deposited and at Serials 3 & 5 are to be produced for verification when the students arrive on campus. Serial 8 – Print out of the online submission to be brought along for submission, duly signed by student and parent/guardian.
