Recruitment Process

KPMG conducts 3 rounds to select freshers in their organization.

  • Online assessment
  • Technical Round
  • HR Round

Academic Criteria

  • 60 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
  • No backlogs at the time of the interview.

Online assessment

The Online assessment at KPMG generally consists of the following three sections:

  • Aptitude: This section contains 30 questions.
  • Logical and Verbal: This section also includes 30 questions. It assesses the candidate’s logical reasoning.
  • Coding Questions: Two questions of medium difficulty. If you’re good with data structures and algorithms, you’re all set for this part.

Technical Round

In KPMG’s technical round, they might ask about programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python. They could delve into your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and how you handle databases. Expect questions on web technologies and networking, with a focus on problem-solving related to the software development life cycle. HR Round

They ask HR questions like:
