Jio Platforms Limited Interview Experience 2023

Jio Platforms Limited on Campus 2023 IIT Guwahati.

It was an on-campus placement drive at IIT Guwahati 2023.

There was one coding test and one interview round.

The Eligible branches were CSE(M.tech and B.Tech), ECE and EEE.

CPI cutoff >= 6.5

Coding test:

It was a half an hour test on Hackerrank platform. There were 18 MCQ questions based on oops, os, and dbms and 2 coding questions easy to medium. I was able to solve all the questions. After submitting it the next day I got an email for the Interview round.

Interview:

There was a single round interview of 45 mins. The round began with my introduction then he asked to explain any of the projects that I have done. After that, he gave me a coding question to solve which was very easy based on Binary Search. I first explained the Brute Force approach and then he asked me to come up with an optimized solution. So I completed this one. 

After this question, he gave me another question which was based on Binary Tree, Medium type question. After thinking for some time I was able to solve the question.  This question was asked to find out the bottom view of the binary tree.

After 2-3 days he declared the results and I was selected for the GET role at Jio Platforms.
