Posist Technologies Interview Experience SDE 2023

Posist Technologies visited my campus (Tier 3 College) and was offering SDE Role (MEAN). After resume shortlisting, 15 students were given an online test link.

Round 1: Online Test

It was a Google form test of 15 questions which were supposed to be answered in paragraphs. The questions revolved around basic OOPs, some DSA algorithms, and the MEAN stack. After submission 10 students were shortlisted for interviews.

Round 2: Online Interview – Technical

The interview was conducted using Google Meet. The interviewer asked about my introduction and a few questions about my past experiences. After that, he gave me 2 DSA questions, which I solved using Java.

Round 3: Online Interview – CTO

This interview was taken by the company’s CTO, who appeared to be friendly and approachable. The CTO asked detailed questions about JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB, focusing on understanding my knowledge and expertise in these areas. Interestingly, the interviewer didn’t place much emphasis on the specific implementation of the code but rather showed keen interest in how I could optimize and improve the code.

Round 4: Online Interview – HR

The interview was relatively short, with the HR focusing on my willingness to join and dedicate myself to the company. They also conducted a background check regarding my personal and family background. Additionally, I was asked a few managerial questions during the interview. Most students were shortlisted in this round and the offer letter was provided.
