Jio Interview Experience (On-Campus)

The placement was held on 29 July 2023 in my college as it was a tier 3 college placement we got the notice 4 days prior about the Jio coming to our college.

At first, there was a session in which they talked about their company and their culture for about an hour, and in the last 15 minutes, they told us about the role they were hiring for. There were several roles they were hiring for mentioned below:

• Web Developer
• Quality assurance (QA)
• DevOps
• Project management

The first Round was held on the same day which was the Group Discussion Round In this around 15 students went together in groups and the topics were common like

• Will AI replace a human being
• Role of AI in Hospitals and Medicine sectors
• Is Alon Musk a good leader

In this Round Be careful and no matter what happens talk as much as you can about the topic, Even though this is a GD they hire people based on whoever is good at Debate.

The second Round was held on the next day which was Technical Round 1 In this they asked you common questions first like” Introduced Yourself” “Tell me about your project” and some questions related to your Resume mostly about whatever you have mentioned in your technical skills and all (make sure to mention only what you know good enough)

The Third round or Final Round was the Technical + HR round In this The interviewer asked a common question like HR Introduction, and what do you know about Jio, and then they focused on your projects and asked you about which role you are Interested In this question you have to convince them why you are a perfect fit for this role.
