Infotech Interview Experience for SDE

I had given my first offline interview on 3 March 2023. Due to covid companies conducted their interview process online.so, that’s why I give my maximum interview online, this was the first time when I give an interview physically

Firstly I had an aptitude round which is online. The topics for those rounds were:- quantitative aptitude, English, logical reasoning, and technical questions. the overall duration of this test was 60 minutes.

After 7 days, t&p shares with us the names of shortlisted candidates .out of 50 candidates 10 were shortlisted.

the second round was the communication round which is offline .group discussion was done in this round. that communication round took place in my college. the technical teams & HR team came to my college. there are lots of candidates from different colleges who came to our college for an interview. in this round basically, they checked the technical ability of the candidates.

here are some questions they asked to me:-they asked me to show my resume hardcopy. then my introduction, and about my final year project, my role in the project, and they gave me one code to solve.

then after 30-45 minutes. they share with us the list of shortlisted candidates. the technical round qualify only 5 students from my college and the other students were from different colleges

my last round was the HR round. this round was conducted by a senior manager. he asked me about my family, future goals, relocation & shift availability, about infotech and he also asked me one situation base question.

then after 8,9 days out t&p shares with us, the list of selected candidates all 5 who are shortlisted for the HR round were selected.

if you want to clear your technical concept practice from platforms like GFG leetcode and Hackerrank and there are many more platforms available for the HR round I personally Refer to Quora, there are lots of people who share their experience.
