Incture Technology Work Experiene as a Associate Software Engineer & Software Engineer

Introduction: When Incture came in our college, the stipend structure was like,

For the first three months stipend was decent, then after evaluation, will start the full salary. We searched about the company on Glassdoor and it was clearly written work is more here.

A few of our friends did not show interest because of these conditions. But I was like, let’s go and see, and friends also asked to take it positively by considering, we can change later if required. That didn’t happen (I Got rejected in so many interviews after this on campus).

Then, at the time of normal joining covid came. We had online training and evaluations, and we expected the compensation, but it was told, will get it once we join in person.

Now will categorize the overall 2.8-year journey.

Work:

Amount of work: If you are a good resource and you can deliver more, you will keep on getting more work.

Kind of work:

1. For me, when I joined, most f its products were in starting phase, so we got the opportunity to build a complete product of Incture from scratch. That means from Dec 2020 to Oct-2021 full development work.

2. Again since I had performed better in the product journey, I was put as one of the Java developers for the client implementation, which we got with the reference of the same product. So, again till Feb 2022, full development work.

3. Since I was better even in client implementation, I was put to lead the complete AMS + Enhancement once it went live for the same implementation. So, now development + support + assigning the work, owning the work, and getting it delivered.

4. Since we did well in the above AMS + Enhancement, a client asked their other AMS + Enhancement to be assigned to us. So, handling now two AMS + Enhancement.

Money:

The company is a bit sensitive about the money. As explained before, first we had to attend the training free of cost, then work on a full-fledged project on the same amount for three months, then your salary starts. I have seen here even the seniors(>3 years) getting less than the fresh or (1-2) years experienced.

But I got it settled when I got another offer and resigned. But in my case, there was a dependency.

Food: Excellent

Free food three times from Mon-Fri (all weekdays) & tea + lemon juices at 10:30 AM morning and tea again at 3:30 PM

Extracurricular activities: Excellent.

Till now we had:

1. Annual sports meet

2. 2 days company sponsored Chikamangaluru trip

3. So many functions (Diwali, Christmas, ..) are celebrated in the office.

4. 2, 24 hour tour( Shilhandra resort & Q-Mango forest).

Opportunities: Good

Job Security:

Right now firing is going on, but it is ok, if you have the dependency, else, your turn can also come.

Work-life balance: No.

It has a lot of work, if u r able to deliver.

Satisfaction:

I am happy with the kind of work and exposure I got here.
