Incture Technologies Interview Experience (On-Campus)

There are 3 Rounds:

1. Aptitude + coding(basic loop , array, arithmetic)
2. System design (digital solution to book slots for cars in front of your office )
3. Interview (Technical + HR)

My interview experience

• Introduce Yourself
• Tell me about Your project.
• What is the difference between Actual and Virtual Dom?
• How does react work internally?
• Draw the structure of your project.
• What is IoT?
• React is a framework or library?
• Why do you choose to react?
• Ask some basic questions from System design around what diagram I have made
• Do you know HTML, CSS, and DOM?
• How many programming languages do you know?
• How do you learn to react?

HR questions

• What is your thinking on relocation?
• Do you want to go to Bangalore? How do you face challenges?
• How many members are in your home ask about them
• What is your hobby ask some questions about my hobby
• Do you know about our company how do we work?
• There are so many companies why do you sit for us?
• Do you want to ask us anything feel free to ask.

Conclusion

The whole interview is based on my project. They are checking my knowledge about reactions and whether I know in depth or not.

They take 6 candidates over 200 and I am one of them.
