Accenture Interview Experience For PADA (Off-Campus)

Last year I gave an interview of Accenture Off-Campus Drive.

There were total 4 rounds,

The first one is the Cognitive after clearing cognitive you are diverted to the coding portal where you have to solve 2 coding questions which belong to easy to medium level in my case.

After clearing the Cognitive and Coding you will get a mail for communication assessment where you have different sections for verbal as well as fill in the blanks and written too.

Then you get an email for booking the slot for the interview and according to your selected time slot and date, your interview is going to be scheduled. During the interview, they asked some questions based on my resume mentioning skills and projects and asked a lot of situational-based questions like if there is any conflict between your team members then how will you resolve it?

Then he asked me if there is a project and 2 teams have written the code then according to which team code will go further to the production team, then another question – if a manager is telling you that the other team code will proceed further not yours then what will you do in this case, one more question is- If you have to build an application for children then what will you make and what are the feature you want to add to compete in the market and from your competitor, and many more.

My interview duration was around 20 to 25 min. And at last, he asked me if I had any questions then I asked 2 questions and that’s all for me.
