Accenture Interview Experience (Off Campus)

I applied through Accenture Innovation Challenge (AIC) competition on HackerEarth. Selected candidates got a chance to virtual interview for the role of Assistant system engineer. The interview was not much technical. It was just about details that I had mentioned in my resume. 

Round 1: Hackathon

Round 2: Interview

First, we greet, the interviewer gives his introduction and starts with an interview. He asked me the below questions:

1. Tell me about yourself? (I gave my brief introduction here in 3 mins)
2. Explain to me about your academic projects? (I explained my final year project with tech stack)
3. Tell me your previous Internship experience?
4. Tell me about your hackathon project?
5. Challenges faced in the project?
6. Technical certifications you have done?
7. Why should we hire you? Which leadership skills do you have?
