Accenture visited our campus on August 2023 the following are the details about rounds involved in the selection process

Round 1: Cognitive and Technical test (90 min)

This round consists of five sections

  • Reasoning,
  • English,
  • Cloud and Networking,
  • MS Office applications and shortcuts,
  • Pseudo codes.

Please make a note that this is an elimination round and each section has an individual cutoff that is you have to score at least 60% marks in each section to qualify for the next round

Round 2: Coding round (45 min)

This round starts immediately after you the cleared first round and it consists of two coding questions the difficulty is easy to medium, You have to solve at least one question completely to qualify for the next round. This is an elimination round as well. After completing the test, you will receive an email to specify whether you are selected for the next round or not.

  1. The first question is a slight modification of the Fibonacci series instead of the sum of the previous two numbers we should consider the sum of the square of the previous two numbers.
  2. This question is based on the Euclidean algorithm to find the gcd of two numbers.

I have solved both questions successfully.

Round 3: Communication round(30 min)

This round tests your communication skills and it’s not an elimination round but please make sure to attempt this test in a quiet environment.

Round 4: Interview (20 min)

Two days after the completion of the communication round they sent me an email to select a slot for my interview.

The interview was held in Accenture’s own platform and my interviewer was very humble at first he introduced himself and then he asked me the following questions.

  1. Introduce yourself
  2. Tell me about your projects
  3. What are the problems that you have faced while doing these projects and how did you overcome those difficulties.
  4. What do you know about Accenture?
  5. Explain the coding questions that you have got in the second round along with their solutions.
  6. Which one is better hard work or smart work?
  7. Why Accenture?
  8. Are you comfortable with night shifts?
  9. Do you have any questions for me?

Finally, after 15 days results came and they selected me for advanced ASE role.

Tips:

  1. First focus on clearing the first round because almost 80% of the people will be eliminated in the first round itself.
  2. Try to solve both questions completely in the coding round.
  3. Prepare HR questions before coming to interviews.
  4. Stay calm, and confident and be in sync with the interviewer all the time.

ALL THE BEST GUYS
