Job profile: ASE (Associate Software Engg. ) Internship.

There was an Internship opportunity at Accenture i.e. ASE intern role 2023. As a student of Bachelor’s of Technology in Computer Science and in the Bachelor’s penultimate year of my degree I was eligible to apply for this role.

Process & Rounds:

  • Resume Selection Round
  • Online Assessment
  • Online Interview

Difficulty: The Selection round was a bit easy.

How did the round go?

On their application Phase, I don’t know how Accenture their selects resumes but mine was selected and I was given a chance in the second round.

The second round was Online Aptitude Assessment round. This section consists of 90 questions ans the Maximum time was 90 Min. The question was easy-medium level questions Basically, Accenture was testing the candidate’s Mental ability and Speed.

Syllabus aptitude: Maths aptitude (time-distance level questions, profit loss, CI & SI, Speed, and distance, and Basic Sense), English ( Comprehension, Word linking , Vocab and Tenses), Computer Fundamentals.

The Third round was for Final Interview Round, this round was the HR cum Technical round. It last for 28 min approx.

Question Like :

  • Tell me about yourself.
  • Situation-Based Question.
  • Behavioral Question.
  • Project Worked Upon and Motive Behind them.
  • Are you open to feedback, If yes then throw some light on it.
  • Any Questions for Me?

Overall Experience :

The Experience was good enough and found that the ,Hiring process of Accenture for this role was quite easy. In the Interview the HR was supportive and talked very nicely. Most questions were HR based But one should be prepared for Technical too. I think the major Criteria for testing a candidate were Mental ability behavior Speed, critical thinking, were, and English Proficiency.
