Work Experience in TATA as Intern

I worked in TATA Pvt LTD as an intern, it was an amazing journey filled with personal growth, valuable learning experiences, and wonderful memories. On the first day, I had a mixed feeling of excitement and nervousness. However, my colleagues and managers were supportive and made me feel good from day one. They politely guided me through the initial onboarding process and helped me understand the company’s values, goals, and role within the team. My Work is completely online and my mentor is guiding me for my project work. This Internship provides opportunities for personal growth and self-discovery. They can help you identify your strengths, weaknesses, and areas of interest within your chosen field. You may also develop important soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management. These Internships allow me to build professional networks by connecting with colleagues, supervisors, and industry professionals. During my internship at TATA Pvt LTD, I embarked on an incredible journey filled with personal growth, invaluable learning experiences, and cherished memories. In my 1 week of internship, one of the good things that impressed me about the company was its commitment to employee growth and development. My managers and senior colleagues were always ready to help, provide guidance, and share their wealth of knowledge. My mentor who was assigned by the company helped me too much for make me comfortable in my new first work. His mentorship played a crucial role in shaping my professional growth.

Responsibilities: My responsibilities as a Data analyst during my tenure.

Good in presenting in visuals in front of the CEO and CMO.

Have good communication skills. Efficient in making good visuals which is suitable in that situation. Comfortable to work with Tableau and Power BI.

Although my overall experience was good there were a few aspects that were challenging for me. The communication with my mentor upskills me a lot. Limited opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. The timing was flexible. The nature of my work was entirely online, with a dedicated mentor guiding me through my project. This internship provided numerous opportunities for personal growth and self-discovery. It allowed me to identify my strengths, weaknesses, and areas of interest within my chosen field. Additionally, I honed essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, and time management, which are invaluable in any career.While my overall experience was positive, I did encounter some challenges, particularly in improving communication with my mentor. However, this proved to be a valuable learning experience and contributed to my personal development.

Overall, my time as a data analyst at TATA group has been beneficial. With the focus on work-life balance, flexible hours, and remote work choices, I’ve been able to keep up a happy and healthy lifestyle.
