Iamneo.ai Interview Experience for Neo Intern

Iamneo.ai:

Iamneo is a software company located at Coimbatore, India. It was formerly called as Examly and later it is renamed as Iamneo. They are providing online proctored examination services, where they are using cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence. During an interview, round 1 was conducted in their own platform and the accuracy is too high as it detected our tiny movements.

Internship:

Iamneo is hiring freshers as interns and provides internships for a period of nine months. Based on the performance, candidates get PPO post their internship with CTC ranging from three to six LPA.

Intern will be given three different roles based on their performance in internship

• Software Engineer
• Skill Development Engineer
• Technical Program Management Specialist

Round 1:

It is online assesment and it consists of five parts. The total duration for completing the test is 60 minutes.

• Part 1: Quantitative Aptitude
• Part 2: Logical Reasoning
• Part 3: Verbal Reasoning
• Part 4: Mail Writing
• Part 5: Problem Solving (3 problems) (Diffculty: basic to intermediate)

Round 2:

It is a screening interview and it is conducted in Microsoft teams. Mass number of candidates were eliminated in this round.

Round 3:

It is technical HR discussion and it was conducted in their office. It lasted for 30 to 35 minutes for each and every candidates.

Some basic level programs were given and we were asked to solve using pen and paper.

Round 4:

It is general HR discussion which lasted for 10 to 30 minutes and it varied for each and every candidates.
