The recruitment process started for ADP somewhere around mid-July,2023. Initially, there was an assessment covering all standard topics like computer networks, operating systems, basic aptitude and reasoning. This was conducted on their separate portal called ADP Pareeksha. This assessment was in the form of sections with a stipulated amount of time.

(Note – Every section had a particular cutoff score, ensure to solve some decent number of questions in each section.)

After about 2 weeks or so, 40 odd were shortlisted. They initially said that the hiring was for interns which could be convertible to FTE. There were two interviews on the same day (1 technical and 1 managerial). Make sure to craft your resume properly. Since most of the questions you would receive would be from them.

So the first round was solely on projects for me, there was a complete deep dive into the particulars of the project and my skills mentioned and a few basic programs this lasted around 25-30 mins.

20 odd were shortlisted to the next round.

The managerial round included a few technical ones as well (again based on the resume and the projects mentioned in them), which were followed by a few behavioural and situational questions.

Finally, 10 odds were shortlisted. We were supposed to have another HR round, but that got cancelled and were given info that we were selected for the role.

(TIP – Make sure to have projects that you have worked on and have knowledge about them)
