Validus Fintech Services Interview Experience

In the notice period of my Second Company, Zettaprime Technologies, I came across an excellent job opportunity post for Validus Fintech Services through LinkedIn. I have applied and sent my resume with all the necessary details they posted and my willingness to work from their work base, in Hyderabad.

After three days I received a message from the CTO regarding the job opportunity and expressed interest in my application and asked for further details. He was impressed with my job background and informed me to meet an online assessment test that I needed to take as the first round of the hiring process. The test consisted of 10 multiple-choice questions, as well as a programming challenge involving ReactJS and Java.

First Round

On the next day, I received the assessment test link and started answering the questions, and completed them in a relatively short amount of time. The test covered various aspects of ReactJS and CSS, and I successfully answered all the MCQs and completed the Coding challenges too, and informed the CTO about the progress of the test.

Second Round

After the first round, the CTO appreciated my performance in the online test and scheduled a virtual interview with the CEO. During the interview, the CEO inquired about my past work experiences, the projects I had worked on, and a few details and my engineering college experience. We had some meaningful discussions about Fintech Companies, and I felt positive about the interaction. He conveyed that I am selected for the position they were offering and it was truly a moment of joy.

Finally, the HR manager discussed various aspects, including salary expectations and other terms of employment. They requested certain documents, proofs, and payslips from my previous company to proceed with the further process.

The next day, I received the offer letter and I was thrilled to see that my hard work and preparation had paid off, and I gladly accepted the offer to join the company as a Front End Developer.

Conclusion

The interview process was smooth, efficient, and rewarding. I am grateful for the opportunity to be working with the wonderful team. The supportive work environment and the opportunity to contribute to innovative fintech solutions have made my experience here truly fulfilling.
