TEKsystems Global Services Interview Experience for Associate Engineer

– First there was an online assessment which consisted of Aptitude, English, CS fundamentals and 1 coding question. This round was easy to medium.

– Second round was a Group Discussion round for which there 32 people were selected. 3 groups were formed and the round went about 20 mins. 18 people were selected for the next round.

– Third round was the Technical Interview. After a brief introduction the interviewer asked few questions regarding my resume . After this questions on SQL were asked. I was asked to write some commands based on joins. Few python questions were also asked and an output question was given. I was able to answer almost every question. I was selected for the next round.

– The Fourth round was the managerial interview. The interviewer after my introduction asked questions from my resume and projects. We had discussion about my project. After this he asked some behavior type questions. I was selected for the next round.

– Final round was the HR round in which the basic HR questions were asked .

Final Result – I got selected.
