Sears Holdings India Interview Experience (On-Campus)

The selection process consists of 3 rounds 

1. coding round 
2. Technical Interview 
3. Technical cum HR round

In the coding round, 3 Questions were there from easy to medium.
The technical interview went for 50+ minutes. It depends upon your interviewee how much deep discussion he wants or how much he is enjoying asking questions.

There were only a few direct questions from geeks for geeks or another coding platform 

• Check if pair with given Sum exists in Array
• Find a triplet that sum to a given value

Other questions were related to Arrays, linked lists, and maps.
Programming concepts: DBMS, Operating system.
Basic exception handling, file handling, etc.

I got the result declared after 3 days of interview and got the offer later within 2 weeks
