Samsung PRISM stands for Preparing and Inspiring Student Minds. It is a student program offering students a chance to work on real-world projects, interact with Samsung’s top technical experts and provide hands-on experience in core technology domains.

  • As part of this program, Students and Professors will form teams.
  • Each team will be assigned a work let and a mentor from SRI-B. The team will be required to deliver project in a specified timeframe and earn exciting benefits.
  • Samsung collaborates with college departments and identifies areas of interest. Professors collaborate with Samsung technology leaders.
  • Duration of the Program: 4-6 Months

Eligibility :

  • 2nd and 3rd Year Students of all Branches are allowed.
  • This program is currently limited to only selected colleges.

Selection Criteria:

  • There was a single DSA-based coding round consisting of 3 questions and a time was 60 minutes.
  • Approximately 35 students were selected from the college on the basis of their performance in the Coding Round they conducted.
  • Selected students were paired with the College Professors and the Mentor from the Samsung Team in accordance with the work provided to each student.

The topics from which Coding Questions were asked are (Questions differ from set to set). But my set consisted of Questions from the following topics :

  1. HashMap( Easy Level )
  2. Binary Search Tree ( Medium Level )
  3. Tree ( Medium Level )

We only needed to complete the function for the above-mentioned programs. It was a fully monitored coding round that aimed to check the problem-solving skills of the person.

Final Result: SELECTED
