Recruitment Process :

Payu conducts 5-6 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineer in their organisation.



  • Online Coding Round

Academic Criteria :

  • 70 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
  • No backlogs at the time of interview

Online Coding Round :
The online coding round consists of two major sections namely Technical Test and coding Test. Generally, technical test has questions from database, operating system, networking, algorithms, data structures. To this round you should be strong with data structures and algorithms.

Technical Rounds:
The students who clear the written round are called for Technical Interview.To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be well prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, Networking. You will be expected to write codes in the interview. They also ask questions from resume. You may be asked puzzles in this round. To be prepared for puzzles you can practice from our Puzzles section.

HR Round
You can expect General HR questions like :
1. Tell me about Yourself
2. Why Payu ?
3. How you see yourself after five years from now ?
4. What are your strengths and weaknesses ?
5. Why computer science ?
6. Why not higher studies ?
7. Most challenging moment in your college life.
