Recruitment Process

EY conducts 4 rounds to select freshers in their organization.

  • Round 1 (Online Coding)
  • Round 2(Hackathon)
  • Round 3 (Technical Interview)
  • Round 4 (Tech+ HR Interview)

Eligibility Criteria

  • 65% in X, XII, and UG/PG
  • No Standing Arrears

First Round (Online Coding)

This stage revolves around HackerEarth and comprises three DSA questions of medium to medium-hard difficulty. The emphasis is on dynamic programming with graphs, a two-pointer approach, and questions centered around strings.

  1. Additionally, 3 challenging SQL queries centered around join operations are also there.
  2. Around 15-20 MCQ questions covering essential topics like CS, CN, DBMS, and OS .
  3. It was an eliminator round based on the final score.

Second Round (Hackathon)

This hackathon involved the formation of teams comprising 3-5 selected candidates. Each team was provided with a problem statement a day in advance, allowing them time to prepare their solutions. On the day of the hackathon, a panel of judges assessed and evaluated the solutions presented by each team.

Third Round (Technical Interview)

This round usually involves 2 or 3 interviewers and focuses on project-related questions. Questions about DSA topics like arrays, linked lists, graphs, etc., may be asked. A deep understanding of your project work is crucial. Proficiency in computer fundamentals, including DBMS, Operating Systems, OOPS, and Networking, is necessary. For experienced candidates, discussions may extend to previous work experiences during this round.

Fourth Round (Tech+ HR Interview)

In this interview, they will ask about your resume, projects, basic SQL queries, Java skills, and your understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. It’s a good idea to be prepared with knowledge in areas like Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Operating Systems, Networking, and be comfortable with a programming language of your choice. HR questions are also asked in this round.

HR Round

They ask HR questions like :

  1. Questions about family background.
  2. What you know about Airbus.
  3. Which tech stack you like to work on.
  4. Questions about relocation.
