Hi, My Interview experience with Mphasis for the role of Associate Software Engineer was good. There were 4 rounds in the recruitment process. The first round is an Online Assessment, the second round is a Group discussion round, the third round is a Technical Interview and the last round is an HR Interview.

ONLINE ASSESSMENT:

In the online assessment, there were 4 sections. The first section is the Logical Reasoning section, which consists of logical questions. The second section is the Quants section, which consists of aptitude questions. The third section is Verbal Reasoning, which consists of English grammar questions and the last section is Computer Programming which consists of basic programming questions we need to solve those programs. If you qualify for the test then you will move to the GD round.

GROUP DISCUSSION:

In the GD round, five to six participants were there and we were given a topic to discuss, first, we needed to introduce ourselves and talk about that topic for about 5 minutes and we needed to discuss that topic with other participants. In this round, the recruiters check our communication skills and the way we speak, fluency, observation skills, etc.

TECHNICAL ROUND:

In the TR round, they asked some technical questions like basic programming questions, some questions based on our skills, and also about projects done in the last semester. They asked some situation-based questions like they give us a situation and we need to answer that question like how we handle that situation in real life etc.

HR ROUND:

In the HR round the asked my self introduction and about my village and my hobbies etc and they asked some questions based on resume. Overall my interview experience was really good and also I learned some new techniques of how to handle any situation.
