I completed my graduation (B.Tech) in 2021 and had the opportunity to take part in the Accenture Assessment and Interview Process for the Full Stack Engineering (FSE) Analyst role, which is for Career Level 11. It’s worth noting that the Accenture assessment is common for Career Levels 11 (analyst) and 12 (associate).

The Accenture Assessment Process:

The Accenture Assessment comprises three rounds, and I attended these rounds from the comfort of my personal laptop, which was the recommended method.

System requirements:

  • Laptop/ desktop must be enabled with webcam and microphone.
  • RAM & Processor
    • Windows: 4 GB+ RAM, i3 5th Generation 2.2 Ghz or equivalent/ higher
    • Mac: 8 GB RAM, i5 8th Generation or equivalent
  • Operating system
    • Windows: Only Windows 8 or 10 or 11
    • Mac: macOS Version 10.9 or above
  • Google Chrome browser (upto 5 latest versions considered)

Check System requirements and Attend system enablement (Mock test) Before appearing the Actual test.

Round 1: Cognitive Assessment

During Round 1, I faced a series of sections that are designed to evaluate my problem-solving, reasoning, and verbal skills. The difficulty level ranged from Easy to medium, so I made sure to have a good understanding of the fundamentals before appearing for the test. To prepare, I referred to the GFG material, which proved to be quite helpful.

Round 2: Technical Assessment

After successfully clearing Round 1, I progressed to Round 2. Here, my knowledge was put to the test on topics like pseudocode, Common applications, MS Office, Networking security, and the cloud. The difficulty level increased to Medium to hard, especially since I was focusing on the FSE (Career Level 11) role. While this round was optional for ASE (Career Level 12), I decided to embrace the challenge and prepare rigorously. In this round, I showcased my coding skills using languages like Java, Python, or C/C++, all while providing a clear explanation of my thought process.

Round 3: Communication Assessment

Upon successfully completing Round 2, I received a separate email for the Communication Assessment. This test evaluated my language fluency and pronunciation skills. The emphasis was on tasks such as sentence reading, story-telling, and adeptly handling simple Q&A sessions. I strongly suggest to use Wired ANC headphones for a better experience.

The Accenture Interview Process:

After clearing the Accenture Assessment, I was thrilled to receive an Interview call, which was conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams. The Interview lasted approximately 30-45 minutes, during which I faced both technical and HR-related questions.

For the technical Round:

I was required to share my screen and write code to solve given problems. I chose my preferred coding language, which was Java, and ensured to clarify the requirements before diving into the code. Throughout this process, I explained my thought process to provide a comprehensive understanding of my approach.

Some of the important topics I focused on for technical preparation were Arrays and Linked Lists, Stacks and Queues, and Trees and Graphs.

For the HR Round:

I answered general questions about my family, education, and aspirations.

Some of the most common questions included “Tell me about yourself,” “What are your weaknesses and strengths,” “Are you comfortable working from anywhere,” and “Salary expectations.”

With these stages, I successfully completed the Accenture assessment and interview process. After around 15 days I got congratulations email ???? for the selection. Best of luck ???? with your preparation and Happy learning.
