KPIT Interview Experience for ASE

Round 1:

The first round was an online assessment which was done from home. This, the first part consisted of general Aptitude, questions on core subjects and coding problems.

Two programs were asked to reverse a number and find the absolute difference between the original and its reverse. The second program was to find the number of repeated letters in a given string.

In this round 90 people were shortlisted for our college.

Round 2:

The second round was a technical Interview.

In this round, I was asked my third-year project, questions on C++ programming, Object-oriented programming, two easy DSA-related questions.

The technical questions were

• Check whether the given year is a leap year or not.
• Find prime from less than or equal to n.

Round 3:

Round 3 was the HR interview.

• Tell me about yourself.
• Tell me about your family.
• Some situation-based questions were asked like-
• If your manager doesn’t like your work what will you do?
• If you complete the wrong assignment in college how will you face your professor?

It was quite an easy round and about 55 students got selected from our college.
