Emami Ltd came for a 6M Internship + Performance based FTE, Recruitment in our college, for GET roles.

Eligibility Courses: B.Tech

Eligible Branches: EE and ME

Role Applied: GET

The whole process consists of 3 rounds:

  • Online assessments
  • Technical Interview
  • HR interview

Round 1: Round 1 is on the Mettl platform. This round consists of five sections namely.

  • Personality Inventory (80 questions 20 minutes)
  • Attention to detail (25 questions 5 minutes)
  • Cognitive ability – Section A (10 questions 10 minutes)
  • Cognitive ability – Section B (15 questions 5 minutes)
  • Domain ability (30 questions 30 minutes)

After a week we got the shortlist results.

Round 2 : Technical Interview

The round was around 25-30 min and the interviews were taken on MS Team.

At first, My interviewer made me comfortable by having a normal conversation, like about my introduction and looking at my CV, and asking to explain my Internship.

Here comes the main weapon skill that one should possess to ace this round that is,

Only and only communication skills, I don’t know why but in technical round they only asked HR questions and very very few Technical questions.

Some questions are:

  1. Tell me about yourself
  2. What you do in your free time
  3. Where do you see you self in next 5 years
  4. Why your cgpa is decreasing
  5. Mention about your group projects
  6. What are the types of Motors
  7. Classify the Induction Motors
  8. How induction motors different from Synchronous motor
  9. What is Thyristor
  10. What is Ohms law.

PS : Focus on your communication skills.

Round 3: HR Round

This round is basic HR questions that was asked in Round 2.
