Capgemini Interview Experience

Yep! It would be fun sharing my interview experience with the whole community. 

Capgemini came for campus placement in September 2019 at my college.

• I was having a very wrong image of the company’s testing strategy, so I was quite worried. I hope after my experience it is not the case with you all.
• The process started with an online test consisting of general aptitude questions, reasoning stuff, and some English material that I found quite easy. Then comes something special about Capgemini, after that test ended we need to be right at our place for an essay writing test. 
• Yes! you read it right;-} we need to write an essay of about 150–200 words about the picture that was shown to us.
• After that test, a shortlisting happened and only those who qualified were to give the next test, i.e., Pseudocode round in which some questions of java were there.
• Lucky me, I cleared all the rounds and was shortlisted for the interview, which was on the next day. We gathered in the interview section of my college which is really beautiful, but at that Time it was nervousness that looked all around in everyone.
• After waiting for a long I was called for the Technical Interview and to my shock, my panelist was a too chill young man and tested very differently. I heard from my friends about him making students dance and also some pushups. I mentioned public speaking as my hobby so he made me speak on 3 topics like I was speaking on the stage, they were general knowledge topics. After that, he asked me about IoT and Cloud and some data structures.
• I was shortlisted for the HR interview which was quite well and the interviewer asked me about relocation issues and bond period issues and he let me go.

The results were out after 2 days and fortunately, I was selected!

Some tips- Be natural and genuine and avoid speaking lies, if you are meant to get into some IT firm you would definitely get into the one.
