Atgeir Solutions Interview Experience for Trainee Engineers

I applied through LinkedIn as a fresher although I have 7.5 Years of Teaching Experience. I got mail that your resume has been selected. You will have an interview tomorrow at 2 pm. in online mode. It was a start-up company. It has 2 rounds:

1. Technical Interview
2. HR Round

Technical Interview: My Technical Interview was on  Google Meet and the timing was (2 p.m – 3.30p.m).

My Interviewer was a very good listener(Company Founder).

So Here are my Technical Interview Questions:

• Tell me about yourself?
• Why do you want to change your profession?
• How much experience do you have?
• Which Subjects do you think?
• Types of Join with real-time example? (As I said DBMS subject)
• What about your Ph.D.?(As I am doing a Ph.D. and It is mentioned on my resume)
• How much work has been completed on your Ph.D.?
• 8. How will you balance office and Ph.D.?
• What is cloud computing?
• Services provides by the cloud?
• Have you visited Company website?
• What do you get ideas from the website?
• What do you know about the company?
• Tell me about your family background?
• Which mode you will prefer to work online or offline?
• Do you have any questions?

HR Round:  This was not an interview round. This is just about how much you will get, probation period, Increment after 6 months. 

Note: 

• Don’t give fake information(like fake experience letter, salary slip). 
• Be confident as you are not telling anything wrong or hiding something, 
• Talk in English only no matter how it is.

After that within 2 days, I got an offer letter in my mail.
