My experience with Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer was good. There were three rounds were conducted. first was cognitive and technical assessment the second round was a coding test and the last round was an interview round.

ONLINE ASSESSMENT:

In this assessment, there were two rounds conducted.

COGNITIVE AND TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT:

In this test, there were two sections and in those sections there were subsections. The first section was Cognitive ability and in this section, there were three subsections. The first subsection was English Ability in this section there were questions based on grammar and reading comprehension were asked. The second subsection was Analytical Reasoning. In this section there were questions based on syllogisms, puzzles, blood relations etc were asked. And the last subsection was Numerical ability. In this section there were questions based on simplifications, quadratic equations, Time, speed and distance, permutation and combination, probability etc were asked.

Technical Assessment:

In the technical assessment section, there were 3 subsections. In the first subsection was there were questions based on Common Application and MS Office were asked. In the second subsection there were questions based on Pseudo Code like basic concepts of programming languages like functions, oops etc were asked. in the last section there were questions based on Fundamentals of networking, Security and Cloud were asked.

You will get 90 minutes overall to complete this assessment. You are required to meet the section and subsection cutoff from each assessment ( Cognitive and technical) to be considered for further rounds. After 10 minutes of submitting the test, you will get the results. If you pass the test you will be moved to the next round.

CODING ASSESSMENT:

In the coding assessment, they gave 2 questions and you have to code them in any programming language that you prefer or are good at like Java, Python, C, C++, Dot Net etc. They gave me 45 mins to code the questions.

COMMUNICATION ASSESSMENT:

After completing the coding round candidates can give this communication assessment. This is an optional round but the scores of this round will be added at the end of all the assessments in the hiring process. It is a verbal test that will assess you on Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation and this is a timed test and we have to complete this test in 30 mins

INTERVIEW ROUND:

In the interview round, they asked questions based on my technical knowledge like questions based on basic programming like oops, exceptions etc. Also, questions based on Networking, Common Application and MS Office, Security and Cloud, databases and operating systems etc were asked. In the HR round questions based on Resumes like skills, strengths, projects, achievements and certifications were asked. Also, some scenario-based questions like they gave a situation and asked me like how would i react if I were in that situation etc were asked.
