Wipro WILP Interview Experience

I went through the interview for WILP (Work Integrated Learning Programme).It was altogether 20 minutes for me to be interviewed. Moreover ,for me it was just like a friendly conversation with the panelist .He asked the questions about me and my family regarding the professions. Along with them he asked me about the subject related questions i.e.,programming questions. Basically,I’m from a computer background so the interview went in a flow about the programming requirements and all.

I think it’s quite common to fear for the interview even if we are well prepared and the same happened with me. But one good thing about myself in the interview is “confidence”.Yes ,it plays a major role in any kind of interview to Crack it.

So,I answered most of the questions. Don’t fear if you are not able to answer any of the questions that were asked.Just say “sorry sir/madam I couldn’t recall”. They check for genuine persons and people with good communication that’s all!
