Wipro Interview Experience for SIM 2022

Hi, hope you all are doing well. I am Arpon Kumar Chowdhury, did a Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Kolkata.

My most recent interview was for a Scholar Trainee position at Wipro, and it was not too long ago that I went there for an interview. The interview was conducted online using video conferencing software. The main fact that I would have the opportunity to interview with Wipro was very much exciting for me because I have always been impressed by the company’s reputation for delivering innovative solutions to its clients.

Round 1:- Assessment Test

• Test 1:  Aptitude Test (Three Sections: English, Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude). 60 min, 60 Q, No Negative Marking
• Test 2: WET Test. 20 min, 1 Q, No Negative Marking

Note: After 7-10 days I received a mail regarding the next round called the Step Plus Assessment round or Virtual Business Discussion round.

Round 2:- STEP PLUS Assessment

The Step Plus assessment typically includes questions related to different aspects of grammar such as parts of speech, sentence structure, and punctuation. It also had listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills checking system of an individual.

Note: After 15 days I received a mail & saw that I cleared the Step Plus Assessment.

Finally got the job as well offer letter from Wipro.

In summing up, I believe that the selection process was fruitful. I am looking into the possibility of becoming a member of the team in the role of Scholar Trainee. It also provides a free B.Tech degree from BITs, Pilani (sponsored by Infosys).

TIPS:

1. Practice Aptitude Questions, Analytical Reasoning and English grammar.
2. Concentrate on the questions asked in the Step Plus Assessment.
3. Try to answer the questions to the point and don’t speak unwantedly.
4. Make sure you have quality earphones , a strong internet connection, a power backup, and a quiet environment.
