Wipro WILP Interview Experience

I had a qualified assessment exam from my campus drive. This was the first time I had a giving an exam for any job and qualified for the exam on the first attempt.

After qualifying for the first round of the Wipro assessment the second round was an interview. After 12 days my interview was scheduled, I was very nervous and excited too for my first interview and this is an online interview so this is a little relief for me because I can give an interview from my place. 

So, the interview is going to start at 4:00 pm I open my laptop at 3:00 pm because I want to make myself comfortable. There are some instructions for interviews like

• Test your equipment: Make sure that your computer, camera, and microphone are all working properly before the interview. Test your internet connection to ensure that the video call will be clear and uninterrupted.
•  Dress appropriately: Dress professionally, just as you would for an in-person interview. This will help you feel confident and prepared.
•  Choose a quiet location: Find a quiet location with good lighting where you won’t be interrupted or distracted during the interview.
• Prepare your answers: Research the company and the position you are applying for, and prepare answers to common interview questions. Be ready to talk about your skills, experience, and why you are interested in the job.
• Be on time: Be sure to log in to the video call a few minutes early to make sure everything is working properly and to show that you are punctual and reliable.

I was getting nervous and my heartbeat was getting faster, now the time comes for my interview I joined the meeting and checked whether my mic and my camera is working properly or not after checking all these things I started waiting for the interviewer to join the meeting and still my heartbeats are fast, then I started taking long breaths for controlling my heartbeats now it’s 4:30 pm and no interviewer joined the meeting I am feeling worried then finally someone joined the meeting.

I sit properly and replied to him “Hello sir, and Good Evening”. The interviewer said me to feel relaxed and stay calm. Then he asked me to introduce myself I gave him a brief introduction by telling my family background, Educational background, hobbies, strengths, and weaknesses. After this he asked about my 10th and 12th percentages, my percentage was not good soo i mentioned to him that my marks are not good and I scored 57% in the 10th standard and 58% in the 12th standard.

Answer: I have always been interested in working for an IT company like Wipro, as it is known for its innovative solutions and high-quality services. I have also heard that Wipro is a great place to work and provides excellent opportunities for career growth. I believe that working for Wipro will help me develop my skills and knowledge in the IT industry.

Tell me about your experience as a team leader in your academics.
Answer: I had become a team leader for two debate competitions and we don’t win the competition but we learned a lot from that competition.

What programming languages are you proficient in?
Answer: During my studies, I learned C and C++. I am also familiar with Java and Python. I am always eager to learn new programming languages and technologies to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Then he gave me a situation what will you give the answer to higher authority if you are unable to complete any task at the time, then I asked him to repeat the question so that I get time to think about the answer then I answered him that, I will not make any excuse I will directly tell my higher authority to give me some extra time to complete the task and tell them whatever the reason is for not completing the task.

After this he asked me if I want to ask something from him, I request him to review my interview and tell me where I have to improve, he said that there is no such improvement need in my interview but i have to give the answers with much more confidence, then the interview Ends.

After 20 days I got a mail from Wipro company that “Congratulation, you passed the interview and were selected for the post.
