Wipro Turbo Interview Experience for Internship (On-Campus 2021)

Wipro conducted 3 rounds for hiring Turbo Interns.

Round 1: Online Test (AMCAT platform)

The test had 3 major sections namely aptitude, coding, and essay writing each of which had sectional weightage. The aptitude section had subsections of mathematical, logical, and verbal questions. The expectation of the essay writing section was to avoid grammatical and syntactical errors in writing on a given topic.

2 Coding questions were there, one was based on arrays and the other on strings. I was able to pass the 8/11 and 5/9 test cases in those questions. Every Question was shuffled, all students did not get the same questions. Around 450 students attended this round.

I cleared the 1st round. Only around 20 students were shortlisted for the second round.



Round 2: Technical Interview (Virtual)

For around 20 minutes, questions were based on my projects, DBMS, data structures, my technical expertise, and were easy to answer with basic knowledge in my domain.

 I cleared the 2nd round. Only 10 were shortlisted for the second round.

Round 3: HR Interview (Virtual)

Held for around 10 minutes. This interview mainly focused on my adaptability and learning capability. 

I was asked about :

  1. Self Introduction.
  2. My strength.
  3. My weakness.
  4. My achievements.
  5. My hobbies.
  6. Extracurricular activities.
  7. Whether I was comfortable to relocate.
  8. What was my expectation for the internship?

Wipro finally did not provide this internship opportunity to anyone this year due to the pandemic situation.
