Sirion visited our campus in J. C Bose University of Science and Technology somewhere around September 2023. Sirion was hiring for the position of Software Developer Associate. There were a total of 4 rounds, in total 280+ students registered. The description of all rounds is below:

Round 1:

This round contains the Aptitude questions along with some Coding questions. The coding questions were from below topics:

  • 1 Dynamic Programming based question.
  • 1 Permutation and combination based question.

Round 2 (Technical Interview 1):

This was the technical interview taken by Software Developers. The questions asked in this round were:

  • What is OOPS?
  • What is Inheritance?
  • Implement Queue Data Structure.
  • Code to Reverse the given LinkedList.
  • Types of Operating Systems.

Round 3 (Technical Interview 2):

  • What is a NoSQL Database?
  • Questions from Resume and Projects.
  • Write SQL Query to find the Nth highest salary from the table.
  • Scaling MongoDB DataBase for a large number of users with a master-slave mechanism.

Round 4 (Technical Interview 3):

  • Code to Find the two largest elements from Array.
  • Along with this few more DSA Questions.

Finally, 3 Students were selected for the role. Although the rounds were easy shortlisting from 1st round was difficult because of coding questions on DP and Permutations, which filtered the most of students.
