Sharad Institute of Technology Admission Experience

Hello Everyone,

Myself Muzammil Makandar from Kolhapur. This is my experience with my Undergraduate degree admission.

So let’s start, On Aug 30, 2021, I got my result of a Diploma in IT from Sharad Institute of Technology, Polytechnic was 84.38% an aggregate percentage that is needed for admission. After a few days, I got a list ranking of my marks and it was very far. The CAP Round Form filling date was scheduled and as per my plans I followed the procedure as follows :

• Registration for CAP Round
• Filling details for selecting all the ​Colleges which I chose to be.
• Waiting for the result.

After a couple of days, at night 8.00 pm. I got a call from my friend informing me that the result has been declared. When I checked the list of colleges whether my name is there or not. Firstly, in excitement, I checked my priority​y colleges but sadly speaking my name was not present on the list.

Knowing that my name was not selected so after the CAP – 1 result and visited my last option which was Sanjay Ghodawat University and visited the admission cell. It was a private university so fees were high I paid the fees and did my admission.

But because of the online exam mode, the admission was head-on because of this a boy who visited SGU admission secured 95% but because of Caste, he was not able to get admitted to any college.

Therefore, I was not so happy for that boy and not so sad because of my admission. So this was my Admission Experience.
