In this article, I would like to share my experience of the Juspay online assessment conducted for campus recruitment for the batch of 2024, specifically for the roles of SDE intern and React developer intern.

The Juspay Campus Recruitment for the 2024 batch included an online assessment conducted on the Rookie world platform via Otomeyt.

Hiring Process:

1. Online Assessment:

– Candidates took part in an initial online assessment.

– The assessment included three coding questions focused on graph topics.

– Purpose: Evaluate problem-solving skills and understanding of graph concepts.

2. Role Allocation:

– Candidates were assigned roles based on their scores in the online assessment.

– Roles: SDE (Software Development Engineer) or React Developer.

– Allocation depended on performance in the assessment.

3. Second Online Assessment:

– Candidates underwent a second online assessment specific to their assigned roles.

– Purpose: Evaluate skills and knowledge relevant to the SDE or React Developer position.

– Questions and tasks focused on role-specific requirements.

4. Hackathon/Learnathon:

– Candidates participated in a one-day hackathon or learnathon.

– Purpose: Showcase abilities, collaborate with others and demonstrate skills in a practical setting.

– Opportunities to highlight problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.

5. Final Interview:

– The hiring process concluded with a final interview.

– Purpose: Evaluate technical proficiency, communication skills, and cultural fit.

– Candidates had the opportunity to impress the hiring team during the interview.
